This month has been ROUGH. I’ve been great at keeping up my training schedule but my diet has been total crap. I can’t seem to keep both things at a normal level at the same time and it’s frustrating as all get out. Not to mention lots of grown up life stuff that just keeps piling on. Everything will land where it should but it’s really hard to see that sometime while you’re in the middle of chaos.
30 min cross-training, done and done.
Ran 4/2 intervals and once again didn’t feel really warmed up till around mile 4. No idea if that’s a running in the cold thing or just what my legs feel comfortable with. Took a powerbar chocolate gu thing around the 1hr mark, it was kinda disgusting but did the trick.
W4 D3 done and done.
I inadvertently planned in a pit stop at mile 3. Brilliance, former self, brilliance!
I’m half excited, half nauseous.
So bleeping excited about this stuff.
3miles 39:05. Not too bad for 3/2 intervals. W4 D1 done and done.
